Defines a speech to start when the current page is displayed.
<SPEAK [,ONCE] = text >
If "ONCE" is specified, the text is read the first time the page is displayed.
The sound button allows to listen to the text again, see below.
If a page contains a <SPEAK> tag, the toolbar displays a sound button:
When a text is read, the button allows to stop it:
