Sets the (decimal) row number.
Syntax:
<R [ + | - ] number | #bookmark >
Example : <R10> sets the cursor position at row 10.
You can use relative positioning like <R+2> or <R-1> or use a predefined row by specifying : <R#10> sets the row at the same value than the bookmark #10
NOTE :
The row position is relative to the LPI (lines per inch) value (see <LPI> tag).
